Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.1 Customer Cancellation
As a general rule, the customer is entitled to cancel the order placed before 24 hours of the selected event date & time.

If the order is canceled within 24 hours of the event date and time, Deliments FineFoods shall collect a penalty of 100% of the order amount for compensation for damages and costs, including but not limited to ingredients procurement costs, suffered by Deliments FineFoods. In such cases, Deliments FineFoods will not refund the order value. If the order is postpaid, Deliments FineFoods has the right to recover the amount from the customer to compensate for damages and costs incurred, such as food ingredients.

1.2 Non-Customer Cancellation
Deliments FineFoods holds complete right to collect a penalty for orders constrained to be canceled by Deliments FineFoods for reasons not attributable to Deliments FineFoods. These reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• The event address provided by the customer is wrong or falls outside the delivery zone.
• Failure to contact the customer by phone or email at the time of Order Confirmation.
• Failure to deliver the customer order due to a lack of information, direction, or authorization from the customer at the time of delivery.
• Unavailability of one or more items ordered by the customer. In such cases, Deliments FineFoods will contact the customer and inform them of the unavailability. The customer will be entitled to cancel the entire order, and 100% of the order value will be refunded. Alternatively, the customer can substitute one or more unavailable items with similar available items to complete the order.

In case of any cancellation for reasons attributable to Deliments FineFoods, Deliments FineFoods shall not collect any penalty from the customer.

2.1 Refunds
The customer is entitled to a refund on prepaid orders in the event of cancellation by the customer before 24 hours of the delivery time or cancellation by Deliments FineFoods as outlined in Section 1.2. Deliments FineFoods holds the right to retain the penalty payable by the customer from the refundable amount.

In the highly unlikely event that the order is delivered later than the stipulated time due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic jams or natural calamities, the customer is not entitled to a refund. However, any refunds to be provided will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Deliments FineFoods.

All refund amounts shall be credited to the customer’s account, as stipulated by the chosen payment mechanism, within 5-7 business days.
